egenta was founded in 2016 in Prague and is a part of a German and Czech group of companies that began its success story in 1960. We are proud to continuously grow a business based on family values.

Return and refund policy
We grant all our customers a 30-day right of return. Your return label can either be found in the delivered box or can be sent to you by e-mail.
For products with a purchase value higher than €40, returns are free of charge within the same country as the marketplace where the products were purchased.
